WHAT IS A VENDOR BUNDLE? WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
A closer look at The Oviatt’s wedding bundles, what makes each one different, and how to find the right fit for your celebration.
Planning a wedding comes with a lot of choices.
Some are fun. Cake flavors? Absolutely. First-dance song? We have opinions.
Others can start to feel like a very long list of people to find, compare, contact, coordinate, and somehow get into the same place at the same time.
That’s part of why we created our wedding vendor bundles.
They bring together some of the professionals and services you'll already need for your celebration, with different options depending on your guest list, priorities, budget, and how much of the planning you'd like to take on yourself.
But a bundle isn't necessarily the answer for every wedding.
So before we compare them, let's start with the obvious question.
What Is a Wedding Vendor Bundle?
Think of a vendor bundle as a head start on building your wedding team.
Instead of finding and booking every major vendor separately, a bundle brings several services together through trusted professionals who have experience working at The Oviatt.
Depending on the bundle you choose, that could include different styles of catering, planning or coordination, entertainment, and other wedding-day essentials.
How Do You Know Which One Is Right for You?
Start with your wedding rather than the bundle.
How many people are you inviting? What kind of meal do you imagine? How involved do you want to be in planning? Which services would you rather already have handled? Are there certain vendors or details you know you want to choose yourself?
The right option is the one that takes care of the things you want help with, while leaving room for the parts you actually want to choose.
And that's where our vendor bundles begin to look different.

But What If None of Those Sound Exactly Like You?
Our vendor bundles exist to make planning easier for couples who see value in having some of those pieces already assembled. They're an option, not the only way to celebrate at The Oviatt.
If you've already found a caterer you love, have a planner you're dying to work with, want to build your vendor team one person at a time, or simply have something very specific in mind, you can start with the venue and create a custom wedding experience from there.
That approach gives you more freedom to assemble the celebration from scratch.
It also means you'll have more individual vendors, decisions, contracts, and logistics to manage along the way.
Neither approach is inherently better.
They're just different ways of getting to your wedding day.
Still Not Sure What Fits Your Vision Best?
There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to weddings, and you shouldn't have to figure out which option fits yours from a webpage alone.
We'll show you the spaces, hear what you're imagining, talk about your guest count, priorities, preferred date, and the parts of planning you want to be involved in. From there, our team can help point you toward the vendor bundle or custom approach that makes the most sense for your celebration.
Choosing how to plan your wedding shouldn't be about fitting your ideas into a package.
It should be about finding the right way to make them happen.
