Every wedding has a team of people working behind the scenes to make sure everything comes together just as planned, and Jeff and Kaelyn's celebration was no different.
From the moment they arrived to get ready in the Penthouse until the last song of the night, a talented team worked together to make the day feel effortless. Looking back through these photos, we're reminded just how special their celebration was, and we're excited to share a few of our favorite moments and details.
The Look & Feel of a Rooftop Wedding
One of our favorite things about Jeff and Kaelyn's wedding was the fact that they weren't trying to create something over-the-top.
Bella Rosa Gardens filled the venue with soft florals in shades of white, cream, blush, and touches of blue and yellow. The arrangements brought life into every room while letting The Oviatt's historic character shine through.
Their ceremony on the rooftop felt simply beautiful and romantic. The fountain became the backdrop, the flowers framed the space beautifully, and the skyline did the rest.
The same feeling carried into the reception. Soft blue table napkins, fresh florals, and clean, classic table settings created a space that felt elegant without feeling overly formal.
The Little Details We Loved
Some of our favorite details were also some of the most personal. Their signature cocktail menu featured illustrations of their beloved pets, and instead of traditional wedding favors, Jeff and Kaelyn chose to give each guest a small plant cutting to take home. It was such a thoughtful idea, especially because it reflected something they enjoy together. Little touches like these are what made the day feel uniquely theirs.
One of Our Guests' Favorite Parts... The Food
We all have to admit it... one of our favorite parts of any wedding is seeing the food come together.
Fusion Events put together a beautiful grazing display for cocktail hour that guests gathered around throughout the event.
Later in the evening, SusieCakes delivered a three-tier vintage-inspired cake topped with the cutest little ducks. It was an unexpected detail that fit the look of the celebration perfectly.
Capturing Every Moment
A wedding goes by so quickly, which is why having the right people behind the camera matters so much.
The Little Alli beautifully captured every part of the day, from the quiet moments of getting ready to celebrating on the rooftop. Amor Archives was there documenting all of the behind-the-scenes moments that couples don't always get to see until afterward.
As the sun went down, Red Shoe LA kept everyone on the dance floor, while Vital Event Group's photo booth gave guests another fun way to take a piece of the celebration home.
Days like this are exactly why we love what we do.
