On March 22, The Oviatt opened its doors for A Night at The Oviatt, welcoming future couples for an evening designed to feel less like a tour and more like an invitation. An invitation to explore the penthouse and rooftop, meet our team, connect with trusted vendors, and experience the venue not just as a space, but as a setting for real moments.
Throughout the penthouse and rooftop, the space was fully set and in motion. Different layouts and setups were thoughtfully placed to showcase how the venue can transform depending on the vision. From round tables to long tables, varied chair options, linen samples, and styled details, guests were able to see how each element contributes to the overall look and flow of an event.
Willow & Bloom Events brought a refined approach to the open house's event design, creating moments across the venue that felt both elegant and approachable. Each detail helped illustrate how a celebration can feel cohesive from beginning to end.

Meeting the People Behind the Experience
Great events are always about the people behind them, and this night was a chance for couples to connect directly with the creatives who help bring these celebrations to life.
Guests met photographers, videographers, planners, rental partners, and caterers, each offering a different perspective on how to shape a wedding day.
One of the highlights of the evening was Soda Fountain Photography hosting live mini sessions, giving couples the chance to step in front of the camera and experience what an engagement session can feel like in real time.
Lulan Studio showcased video work and shared insights into storytelling, while Second Song kept the energy flowing with music, lighting, and a photo booth experience on the rooftop.

Tasting and Sipping
No Oviatt event would feel complete without incredible food and drinks.
Guests enjoyed passed appetizers and desserts from Good Gracious Events, alongside tasting experiences from California Cookout, offering a more casual and interactive approach to catering.
At the bar, our team served a curated selection of wines, beers, and specialty cocktails, along with a signature welcome drink that set the tone as guests arrived.

Open House Moments of Discovery
Beyond the visuals and tastings, the evening was designed to feel interactive and engaging.
From historical insights shared throughout the space to spontaneous entertainment, including a roaming magician, guests experienced the venue in a way that felt dynamic and memorable.
Raffles, giveaways, and thoughtful details added an element of surprise, giving couples the opportunity to walk away with something special.
